Renovation
A $40 million renovation of all guest rooms and Grand Ballroom is currently underway. In 2003, the hotel completed a $90 million Master Plan for the new millennium that included:

Executive Floors
A separate six-floor hotel-within-a-hotel created by prestigious designers, the Executive Floors are complete with their own Manager, multilingual staff, and facilities Featuring large luxury guest suites that are often used for entertaining and hospitality, the Executive Floors include the State Suite, Americas Suites, Empire Suites, Park Suites and Presidential Suite. Guest offerings include:

• Tea & coffee, fruit and cookies throughout the day
• Hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour in the private Executive Lounge

Guest Rooms
The hotel features 1,980 Guest Rooms and 51 Suites designed in modern décor and a variety of color schemes and furnishings. All rooms have dual line phones and voice mail service, computer data ports, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, color televisions with remote control, and individually controlled air-conditioning and heating units.

Banquets / Meetings / Exhibits
The Hilton New York features over 150,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space and boasts the largest Grand Ballroom in New York City, which is completely free of columns and contains a stage with hydraulic lifts. It is equipped with the most modern projection equipment, a sophisticated lighting system, full-size flies for scenery and curtains, and facilities for closed-circuit television. This room combines the advantages of both a ballroom and a theatre. The hotel also has three additional ballrooms - the Trianon, the Mercury, and the Sutton - and numerous other second floor meeting rooms and banquet salons. In addition, the hotel features two new floors of meeting facilities for small and medium-size groups located on the Concourse level and on the fourth floor. These smaller meetings, seminars, receptions, and hospitality events are serviced by our team of conference specialists.

The 8,000 square foot facility is open Monday-Friday 5:30am-9:00pm; Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm
