About First Watch Restaurants, Inc.
FIRST WATCH RESTAURANTS, Inc started in northern California in 1983,
over two decades ago. FIRST WATCH specializes in Breakfast, Brunch and
Lunch, and is the largest privately owned daytime only concept of its
kind in the United States. Our Corporate headquarters is located in Bradenton,
Florida and currently have almost 60 locations and have 15 new openings
scheduled for 2006, we operate in 9 different states. We specialize in
being a daytime ONLY restaurant, typically hours of operation form 7am-2:30pm
(that’s right 7 ½ hours NO NIGHT SHIFTS!!)
Since 1983, FIRST WATCH has grown in Florida, Ohio, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona and California, Kentucky, Oklahoma, West Virginia. We don't think of ourselves as a restaurant chain, but instead, a company of neighborhood restaurants uniquely serving our customers. FIRST WATCH takes great pride in our creative menu and we are equally proud of our staff and quality service.
