What is Drybar?
Drybar is a blowdry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing, and be the best at it. For us that's blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. It's our mission to have the greatest hair stylists and customer service in the business. While previous salon experience is preferred at our company, it's not required.

What are our strengths?
Drybar has a loyal and growing following, a strong brand identity, unique store design, a world-class website, and significant national media interest. We have multiplied in size since our first shop opened in Feb 2010 and need more supermotivated people to help us continue to blow our customers away.

How are we growing?
Drybar is rapidly expanding across the country and we intend to grow (wisely) by adding fun and inspiring leaders to our family. Speedy snapshot:
• Currently have 14 locations in New York, California, Texas, Arizona and Georgia
• Anticipate opening 25 more locations and launching in 6 new markets by the end of 2013

Who are the founders?
Drybar was founded by longtime John Sahag-trained stylist Alli Webb and her brother Michael Landau, a former Yahoo! marketing executive, and her husband Cameron Webb, a creative director for BMW and Jack-in-the-Box.

Who are our managers?
Our management team is a menagerie of passionate people who can lead bottom line success and fun. We like to say we bleed yellow - the color of our mascot, Buttercup, an upside-down blowdryer. We're happy to share the Heart & Soul of Drybar (our mission and values) during the application process.
