About the Downtown Conference Center

Situated in the heart of New York City’s Financial District, the Downtown Conference Center’s 30 meeting rooms and 20,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space is the ideal solution to your off-site meeting needs.  Our Conference Center features advanced technology in concert with today’s demands.  Plasma screens and ceiling mounted LCD projectors are just some of the standard amenities offered in our “Downtown Meeting Package.”  Located just minutes from the major New York airports, we are also easily accessible via subway and are within walking distance of a number of major city landmarks.

Conference Services
Thirty dedicated conference rooms feature individual state-of-the-art built-in audiovisual centers and wireless Internet access.  Our 80-person tiered amphitheater includes a dual image projection system and T1 line.  Video conferencing services are available with on-site technical support and solutions.  Our Conference Planning Managers are trained in the servicing of professional meetings and are dedicated to the success of your meeting.

Dining
Our “Downtown Meeting Package” includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and hot buffet lunch served on our 18th floor dining room featuring panoramic views of New York City.  Customized menus, private dining and in-room refreshment breaks may also be arranged through consulting your Conference Planning Manager.
