GUEST ROOMS: Comfortably set in eight residential lodges, 316 guest rooms and suites capture the spirit of the surrounds, blending elegant luxury with rustic style. Private balconies open to spectacular views of Cheyenne Mountain and the Country Club of Colorado. Queen beds and double closets in most guest rooms are as spacious as the Colorado sky. Separate study areas with two desks add function to fabulous form.
CONFERENCE FACILITIES: For meetings with a distinctively different view, Cheyenne Mountain Resort offers more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, as well as 38 dedicated conference rooms and an amphitheater. Inspirational surroundings, the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and superior attention to detail make meetings for up to 600 people more meaningful and productive.
CONFERENCE SERVICES: Cheyenne Mountain Resort provides dedicated conference planning professionals to coordinate and execute all logistics for guests. Our Business Service Center is equipped with a digital black and white and color copiers with SPLASH interface. Our staff can provide on-site word processing; desktop publishing; document reproduction and binding, as well as fax services and computer generated graphic design.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES: Cheyenne Mountain Resort has its own Media Center which is a self-contained, on-site production facility including state-of-the-art digital video editing capabilities, video support and projection service supported by a full-time technical staff. The Media Center can produce multi-media programs which may be recorded and transmitted over dedicated channels to all guest rooms. The center also provides a full video and audio production studio with private screening facilities. A staff of professional technicians supplies digital photography and video conferencing services. RECREATION: The Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort blends the allure of the Rockies with an equally impressive selection of recreational facilities, leisure activities and youth programs. With such a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, there’s something for everyone.
Golf: Framed by rugged Rocky Mountain views, the immaculate 18-hole championship Pete Dye-designed golf course offers an unparalleled golf experience. A pristine lake, lush greens and abundant native wildflowers complete this spectacular natural setting. Rated 72.4, the course measures 7,056 yards and was designed for exhilarating, challenging play. A staff of PGA professionals provides individual and group instruction, and a variety of tournaments are held year-round for all ages and handicaps.
Racquet Sports: One of the region’s most comprehensive facilities, the racquet sports complex features a total of 18 tennis courts (6 indoor and 12 outdoor, including 2 clay courts). In addition, there is a glass backed racquetball court and a North American squash court. The club is host to local, regional and national tournaments, and is nationally acclaimed for its Junior Tennis Program. Swimming: The Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort’s sprawling aquatic center features one indoor and three outdoor pools, including a 50-meter Olympic size pool. An array of aquatic activities are offered, including individual swimming lessons and Club
Swim Team, or you may simply choose to relax poolside, lounging under the sun. For water adventures on a larger scale, the lake is just a splash away.
Sports and Fitness Center: Weight training facilities include a wide variety of Cybex and Paramount resistance machines and free weights. Programmable cardiovascular equipment offers a great exercise alternative with a collection of elliptical machines, stair machines, stationary bicycles and treadmills. Spinning, aerobic exercise and yoga classes are offered. Separate men’s and women’s Jacuzzi, steam room, massage/facial studio and locker rooms are also available.
Just for Kids: Our extensive youth program includes Junior Tennis, Junior Swim Team and Junior Golf. The Spartan Day Camp, established in 1978, is a structured summer program where kids can participate in a wide variety of games and activities, learning about sportsmanship and the fundamental concepts of recreational sports.
Other: Water sports on the 35-acre lake include fishing (stocked with rainbow trout and cutthroat), boating, windsurfing, canoeing and sailing. A Conference Planner can arrange other activities on request, including river rafting and skiing.
RESTAURANTS: For elegant to casual, Cheyenne Mountain Resort’s array of excellent dining options is full of flavor. The Mountain View Restaurant serves exquisite fare in a buffet arrangement, while the Will Rogers Lounge provides plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the informal pub atmosphere. The Pine View Restaurant and Pineview Family Dining offers a pleasant, relaxed setting ideal for revisitingthe highlights of the day. Enjoy a selection of light fare, as well as, distinctive lunch and dinner options, each prepared by an ensemble ofrenowned culinary professionals.
CATERING: Cheyenne Mountain Resort provides complete banquet and catering services for any occasion, such as weddings, anniversaries, retirement dinners, bar/bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, corporate events and more.
SHOPS: Gift Shop located near the main lobby sells books and magazines, sundries, gifts, apparel, specialty coffees and snacks. The Golf Pro Shop offers the latest in golf apparel and equipment for sale and rental. Tennis Pro Shop has fashionable tennis and fitness wear along with equipment for sale and rental.
TRANSPORTATION: Cheyenne Mountain Resort is located 15 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport served by all major airlines with over 90 daily flights including non-stop flights from Albuquerque, Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and San Francisco. Colorado Springs is served by United, Delta, American, and Continental, America West, Northwest, Allegiant, US Airways and Mesa. Company owned limo vans are available for transportation to and from the airport at $18.00 per person each way or $30 per person roundtrip. Town car transfers are also available.
