Each Biaggi's salaried management team is comprised of a Managing Partner, two Dining Room Managers, an Executive Chef and two Sous Chefs.

A unique feature of our leadership system is our "Captains" program in which two management shifts a week in both the kitchen and the dining room are lead by hourly employees. This system is designed to both encourage and develop talent for promotion from within.
