Our new Executive Chef started turning heads at Rino Casati in his native Germany, then went an to leave his mark at every stop of his remarkable international career. Together with a renowned team of industry veterans, including Master Sommelier Emily Wines and applauded lead bartender Dean Feddaoui, the wine and cocktail menus complements Chef Birk's European techniques and sensibilities. The well-curated wine program offered in the interior dining room features unique vineyards from South America and the Mediterranean.
