Acquired and carefully restored by André Balazs in 1990, Chateau Marmont is unrivalled in its status as home to virtually every leading entertainment figure in Hollywood. Its 63 generously proportioned suites and bungalows, set amidst lush private gardens, offer stunning, panoramic views of Los Angeles and world class service.

The Mercer ~ www.mercerhotel.com
The Mercer is Soho's foremost luxury hotel, offering 75 guest rooms on six floors of a landmark Romanesque revival building in one of New York's most exclusive neighborhoods. The Mercer epitomizes elegance, subtlety and intimacy. The first hotel to offer an authentic taste of loft living, André Balazs faithfully restored the property in 1998, creating an environment which is both hotel and home.

The Raleigh ~ www.raleighhotel.com
Situated majestically on the oceanfront in the heart of Miami's South Beach, The Raleigh hotel is a masterpiece of Art Deco grandeur. A celebrated work of the legendary architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, the 105-room hotel was built in 1940 and underwent an extensive renovation by André Balazs in 2004. A consummate mix of style and understatement, of elegance and comfort, of glamour and warmth, The Raleigh is a jewel amid one of the world's most energizing cities.

Sunset Beach ~ www.sunsetbeachli.com
Sunset Beach is a romantic hideaway on secluded Shelter Island on the east end of Long Island, New York. The 20 room seasonal hotel with restaurant, bar and boutique was opened in 1997 and has remained one of the most unique and beloved Long Island retreats. The charming restaurant offers French bistro cuisine with spectacular sunset views overlooking the Peconic bay. Inspired by the Italian and French Rivieras, Sunset Beach is famed for its lively atmosphere and vibrant patrons.

The Standard Hotels ~ www.standardhotels.com

The Standard, Hollywood
The Standard, Hollywood is the first of André Balazs' Standard Hotels. Opened 1998 in the heart of the Sunset Strip, the 139 room hotel redefined what guests could expect from a hotel experience, offering a pioneering, irreverent and sexy take on the concept of hospitality. Featuring a 24 hour restaurant, shag carpeted floor-to-ceiling lobby with nightly DJs and video art, The Standard's offbeat sensibility has had consistent global appeal for sophisticated, stylish travelers and firmly established the hotel as a Hollywood classic.

The Standard, Miami
The Standard, Miami is a holistic and hydrotherapy spa hotel inspired by global bathing cultures, self-teaching, community and healing. Located on Belle Isle, a lushly landscaped residential island on the waters of Biscayne Bay, The Standard is Miami Beach's destination spa and wellness center. The spa's philosophy encourages the communal, shared rituals of ancient bathing traditions, offering a Turkish Hamam, Roman Waterfall, Aroma Steam Room, Sauna and Mud Baths. Guest rooms feature private terraces with outdoor soaking tubs.

The Standard, Downtown LA
Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, The Standard, Downtown LA is the second of André Balazs' innovative business hotels opened in 2002. The property revitalized downtown LA, establishing the area as not only a corporate destination but a cultural and social hub. Originally constructed in 1956 as the corporate headquarters of Superior Oil, the Carrara marble-clad building is regarded as one of the finest examples of Mid-Century Californian architecture. With a rooftop pool and bar with stunning panoramic views of LA, a 24-hour restaurant and extensive business facilities, the 207-room Standard, Downtown LA once again revolutionized the concept of a business hotel and set the standard for a unique hospitality experience.
