Al Copeland Investments owns and operates a wide variety of concepts including restaurants, hotels, a food processing company, and comedy clubs. Al Copeland Investments was established by the late Al Copeland, the renowned restaurateur who founded Popeye's Famous Fried Chicken.

From there, he created Copeland's of New Orleans, Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro, Diversified Foods and Seasonings, Landmark Best Western Hotel, Grand Boutique Hotel and the Landmark French Quarter Hotel. He has also developed and expanded Improv Comedy Clubs across the country.
