Forty 1° North, located in the heart of downtown Newport, Rhode Island, a town well-marked on the nautical map, launched a new waterfront destination in 2007 that included:

• a state-of-the-art marina with 24 slips for yachts from 45-250 feet
• a 200-seat, outdoor, upscale dining restaurant and bar pavilion, The Grill
• a 100-seat, casual, indoor dining spot, Christie's
• private event space that can accommodate events up to 400 people
• four cottage-style suites, and
• a specialty retail shop.

In May 2010, Forty 1° North will expand to include:

• a modern, luxury, green, 24-room waterfront hotel, complete with a bar, lounge, library, and wine room
• an indoor dining room for The Grill
• a covered outdoor special event space and lounge that accommodates up to 300 people.

With our 24-room boutique hotel set to open in spring of 2010, we are looking for talented, dynamic service professionals to join our team.
