 Back Bay restaurants groups founder, Charles F. Sarkis opened his first restaurant in Boston's Back Bay in 1964. Every evening, he would stand at the front door of that restaurant welcoming guests as if into his home. The experience of the guests were filled with quality food and drink, surrounded by a beautiful décor and served impeccably by staff members who had a genuine interest in their happiness and comfort.
